Make it Happen Monday with W5T

Monday Where to Start?Monday is back, just like you knew it would be.  After a cold and snowy weekend where do you begin?  The best place to start is by reviewing where you left off last week and where you need to pick up today.  How you organize and keep track of your project list(s) makes this first task of the week either easy or terribly hard. If you’re using the W5T system then it’s extremely easy to see your to do list for the week. Projects and/or clients that need to be contacted today will have a follow-up date on the Dashboard that appear green and are impossible to miss. Making it even easier, your last set of comments/next steps/action items are displayed to remind you what needs to be done. Projects where you somehow missed the deadline from last week (oops!) appear red so you’ll need to address those as well. Matters due in the next 7-10 days are highlighted yellow/gold. In just a few minutes you’re quickly able to re-orient yourself to who and what needs to be addressed and by when. Interested in trying out W5T?  Download a free trial copy for yourself – all you need is Microsoft Excel and a pc to run it on. So happy Monday to you. Let the work begin.
