Small Business Saturday
This coming Saturday 11/30/13, is Small Business Saturday. Be sure and remember to support your local small business owners, both those that have a physical store location as well as those that operate virtually over the internet. According to the US Census Bureau, of the approximately 6 million firms in the US over 60% of them have between 1 and 4 employees, and another 17% have 5-9 employees. These businesses deserve and need our support to make a living. Their customer service is almost always superior to the big box stores as the owner usually has his or her name and reputation on the line. They really do offer their services as if the products were their own, as often times they are. Thanks for supporting your local business owners. It does make a difference. A safe and happy Thanksgiving holiday and weekend to all.
