TGIF and where to start on Monday

TGIF for MondayAs the weekend approaches and the hours to complete the projects for the week wind down, it’s a sure bet that you’ll have a list of things to tackle on Monday. The essence of a good task management system allows you to document what you’ve finished for this week, and where you’ll need to focus next. Having a category (type of client or project), status (meeting, follow up) and priority (A,B,C) set for each of your projects and being able to sort and/or filter by these titles helps keep track of the big picture. What does your system look like? With most of us managing way more than we used to, an easy to use project/task management system is a must. TGIF quickly turns into TGFT – thank goodness for technology.
