W5Templates, was created as a tool to assist small to medium size businesses with their CRM and Project Management needs.

We’ve chosen MS Excel as the base platform, since everyone uses spreadsheets in running a business.  It’s a tool you’re most likely already familiar with, so no steep learning curve.

W5T is built around a “keep it simple” approach.  All your contact information (names, emails, phone numbers, status, key next steps) are accessible and editable via the Dashboard page.  To access and add notes (current and historical) double click on any contact or project name and the tool brings you to the notes page (for that client/project) where you can easily record and reference your minutes and action items.
